We rely heavily on the knowledge of the roast masters of the industry and calibrate our machines with their involvement to ensure the process brings out the best in their beans.
We will happily recommend high-grown, premium teas from sustainably-managed gardens, whether blended and packaged by hand in a small batch in a facility downtown Toronto, or packed as per the ancient tea tradition, with artisan blends of whole leaves, herbs, and spices, sourced from the finest single-estate teas.
